  Light Lager - Adjunct lager brewed with pilsner malt, rice, flaked corn and Saaz hops. Light body with classic lager profile and a touch of grainy sweetness. Drinks balanced & easy with a crisp finish.

• Patience & Fortitude

  Czech-style Pilsner - Crisp bohemian pilsner brewed using traditional European methods. Rustic, crackery malt and light grainy sweetness is countered with herbal, gently-spicy Saaz hops. Clean, rounded & refreshing.

• Moderance

  English-style Pale Ale - English pub-style ale with biscuity, complex malty notes countered with earthy, resiny hops. Medium body & bready flavors highlighted by fruity ester accents, soft bittersweet finish.

• L'Ultima Moda

  Italian-style Pilsner - Light European-style pilsner, dry-hopped with a rotating selection of noble hops. Crisp and easy-drinking with notes of crackery pilsner malt and herbal, floral, gently spicy hop aroma and flavor; refreshingly clean with a dry finish.

• Standard Deviation

  Stout - Stout brewed with a heavy dose of flaked oats, fermented with an English ale yeast. Bold & complex malty flavors of light roast coffee, toasted hazelnuts and semi-sweet chocolate with an earthy, nutty aroma and semi-dry finish.

• Northbound Pachyderm

  Pale Lager - Collaboration with Benchtop Brewing. Lager brewed with pilsner malt, Sugarcreek Vienna and German hops. Medium-light body with a touch of nutty, graham cracker flavor, balanced with herbal, floral hops. Low bitterness, tasty malty finish.

• Aurora Curve

  West Coast IPA - Collaboration with Crow Bryggeri. West coast-style IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Simcoe & Chinook. Dank profile with notes of citrus, berry, apricot and pine resin. Medium bitterness with a dry, clean finish.

• Sonic Crossover

  Rice Lager - Collaboration with CraftRock Brewing. Lager brewed with flaked rice and Saaz hops. Drinks easy with light, crisp malt flavor and low bitterness. Dry with a very clean finish.

• Mummy Dust

  West Coast IPA - West coast-style IPA brewed with Simcoe, Columbus, dry-hopped with Citra Dynaboost® and Mosaic Hyperboost®. Dank notes of stone fruit, blueberry, tangerine peel and strawberry. Medium bitterness with a semi-dry, clean finish.

• Funhaus

  German-style Pilsner - Crisp & clean German-style pils, brewed using a decoction mash and Tettnang hops. Subtly sweet, crackery pilsner malt is balanced with peppery, herby hops, creating an easy-drinking lager with a dry finish.

• Clean Sheet

  American Pale Ale - American-style pale ale brewed with Strata & Cashmere hops. Medium body with a soft bitterness and notes of melon, ruby red grapefruit and strawberry. Drinks dry with a clean, juicy finish.

• Gilded Petal

  Foeder-aged Golden Ale with Chamomile - Collaboration with Strangebird. Mixed-ferm saison brewed in Summer 2023, fermented in an oak foeder for 15 months, conditioned on chamomile flower. Light, complex and slightly tart with subtle funk, oak, and prominent notes of chamomile. Finishes dry.
