Location 12/10. Perfect spot for cocktails. Service is ok and cocktails are fine, more about the atmosphere. Lobster BLT was actually great!! They do not rush you. There is plenty of shade. Very comprehensive food menu. Drinks were a bit sweet. Would come back in the summer…

Lobster BLT and Shrimp cocktail! Everything was smooth, complimentary water was for a charity. Went right as they opened. Prices were a bit steep. Suppose it's a premium price for the views.
